This user-friendly app operates on a straightforward methodology, enabling users to set markers for preparation, progress check-ins, and task completion. Audible tones correspond to each phase: a single tone for readiness, two for the midpoint, and three ascending tones signaling task completion. Additionally, the interface uses color changes to indicate the passage of time.

Users can review their time management and productivity by comparing planned versus actual time usage with the help of this timer app. A dedicated table next to the clock interface clearly shows the original plan for easy reference.

The color scheme of the 360 Thinking Time Tracker enhances user experience by offering visual cues for effective time management: yellow for readiness, green for task execution, with split green at midpoint as a reminder to pause and assess progress, and red to signal task completion.
